We have carried out interventions to ensure that families have social support, in addition to offering help in kind, listening and making regular contact with families. We have gone ahead to identify families whose living conditions are appalling and worked to improve their living conditions. Our approach starts with the very basic requirements, for instance beddings.
A case in point is the family of Mr. Wanzala in Kamuli District whose deplorable living conditions necessitated the availing of mattresses and beddings. Overall, our programs are multifaceted and ensure an overall improvement in the beneficiaries lives in the key areas of health, education, nutrition and social support.
